In 2009 I undertook my first cycle adventure. Packing up my small share house after 4 years of university I set off on an unknown journey through Indonesia. 3.5 months and 3000km (ish) later I had cycled from Banda Aceh to Bali with my best mate and my surfboard. We produced a 4 part DVD series and called it Eat.Sleep.Surf.

Since my return, cycling through unique and remote locations has been my life and passion. Cycle adventure destinations include New Zealand’s South Island, the Oodnadatta Track, Paris to Marrakech, across the Gibson and Great Sandy Desert’s and Taiwan.

In early 2014, the 4 part series, Eat.Sleep.Surf, was aired on the Nautical Channel with a viewership of over 20 million people across Europe, Canada and the U.S.A and as a result Eat.Sleep.Surf Productions was formed with the goal of producing great content for people to share.

As much as I love and enjoy a life on the bicycle, I also have a passion for motorcycles, travel, whiskey, and a growing interest in film and photography.

The future, through this blog, will see a major commitment to this lifestyle of cycle touring, adventure cycling, and sharing it with the world.
